Charles Botchway is a focused, responsible and driven professional with years of diverse business and operational management experience. He contributes actively to company goals, both autonomously and as a cross-functional team member. Dynamic with a positive demeanour. Presently, Charles Botchway is the Human Resource and Administrative Manager for M4 Logistics Limited.

Prior to joining M4 Logistics Limited in January 2021, He was the Operations Coordinator and Human Resource Officer for 3rd Party Logistics Limited. Where he managed the all operational and human resource related issues on Client site (Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited). 
Charles Botchway has over twelve (12) years’ working experience in operations and supply chain management.

Charles Botchway over the years has worked as a Stock Auditor and acting inventory office for DHL Supply Chain and 3rd Party Logistics Limited respectively at Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited site (Diageo).

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from University College of Management Studies (UCOMS).

Additionally, he holds HND in Hardware and Network Engineering from IPMC College of Technology and a certificate in MOVE Warehousing from Diageo Academy.
